Our gold package is designed for the hands-on couples who enjoy doing the initial wedding management themselves. B.A. Bride Wedding and Event Planners, LLC brings together your wedding work and ties up any loose ends by managing the last minute details. This leaves you to focus on enjoying the celebration! We coordinate the wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception activities.
- A minimum of one meeting at wedding and/or reception site
- A consultation with your selected vendors to verify and confirm all vendor details
- A consultation with you for bridal party processional and recessional staging
- Bridal party management pre- and post-wedding (i.e. line-up, picture-taking, etc)
- Timeline coordination with caterer and vendors involved in reception
- Finalization of timelines for all pre-reception and reception activities as requested
- Coordination of all wedding day activities
